We depend on our Virtual Advisor’s expertise to execute projects on behalf of our clients in the publishing, non-profit and technology sector. Our Advisors are expected to handle outbound and inbound calls that comply with Lester’s policies, procedures and quality standards.
Lester provides extensive training and coaching to ensure that you are successful. Each aspect of our training program is designed to make our Virtual Advisors ready so that they are confident and ready to converse with professionals across a broad range of industries and within different functions. So whether you are enrolling webinar or conference attendees, or acquiring magazine subscribers, or raising funds for non-profits, you will get the necessary help to succeed.
To qualify for the job you need to be 18 years or older, have superior communication skills and be proficient with computers. You will have to pass our background check.
