Our team consists of seasoned professionals some of whom have experience in running world-class Fortune-100 business operations. This includes executives from companies such as Convergys, IBM, Dell, GenPact and McKinsey.
Rajiv started his career at Intel in 1985 on Unix Operating System. Over the last 28 years he has been in leadership roles at McKinsey (Electronics Practice Leader), IBM (General Manager of AIX Division), and Disney (Senior Vice President). He is a graduate of Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Nikhil Kothari an entrepreneur since 1992 has experience of a decade in the manufacturing sector (at Jaysynth) and since 1999 in the IT outsourcing services sector. As founder of Enlink he successfully executed technical support contracts with Gateway Computers, MSN and Hotmail. An Engineering graduate from Mumbai University he is also a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization.
"Joan Marcus is the Senior Vice President of Lester Inc. For over 25 years she has worked tirelessly on behalf of our Non-Profit Sector, Publishing, and Information Services Clients. Joan has been instrumental in building long-term partnerships - many spanning more than a decade with leading clients such as Dun and Bradstreet, Consumers Union and Putman Media. Joan started her career as a Clinical Psychologist, after earning a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Boston College and a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven. Joan is a charter member of the BPA Telemarketing committee."
"Dee Galligan is the Vice President of Operations. Like many of Lester's employees, Dee has been with the company now for more than 15 years. She is responsible for managing the operations across all of Lester's service delivery centers in the US and India. Dee started her career as a call center representative with Lester in 1995, and over the years has grown into an accomplished operational executive. Dee graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Dominican College in New York."
"Peter Sanford is Vice President of Finance and Human Resources. He is charged with managing the day-to-day finances and also enforcing Lester's HR policies and compliance with all US telemarketing regulatory guidelines. Peter joined Lester in 2005 and has more than 20 years experience in Finance and Accounting. Peter graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting from Pace University in New York."
"Lisa Pistilli is the Vice President of Business Development at Lester. Lisa has been with our company for over 15 years. She is instrumental in managing all of Lester's Publishing and Information Services clients. Prior to Lester, Lisa worked as a circulation manager at Kappa Publishing and then Chilton Company. Lisa earned her BBA in Marketing at George Washington University and her MBA in General and Strategic Management from Temple University."
"Carolyn LaSalle is the Director of Fund Raising at Lester. Carolyn has been with our company for over 23 years. She is instrumental in managing all of Lester’s fund raising services. Carolyn has monitored the activity of annual funds, capital campaigns, membership campaign and special challenges making sure that all segments of the program are running efficiently. Carolyn attended Southern Connecticut State University."
"Casaundra Beach has been in the Customer Service and Call Center business for over 20 years. She joined Lester in 1998 starting as an Operations Manager for Lester’s KY call center, where she successfully managed all aspects of the center for 16 years. Casaundra is currently Director of Technology and Quality Assurance Services and oversees the technology processes, all data, caller training, operations and quality assurance services for all of Lester's call centers."
